Our Services
Industrial automation solutions built around your operation.
From control programming and machine modification to modernization and maintenance, Sapotoya supports manufacturers throughout the operational lifecycle of their equipment.

Automation Programming & Control
Control logic is where a machine's behaviour is decided. We read it, modify it and extend it.
Production requirements rarely stay fixed. A new part, a revised cycle time or an added quality check usually means the control logic has to change with them — and on equipment that is already running, that work has to be precise.
Our engineers work directly in the ladder and NC programs of existing machines: adding sequences, adjusting interlocks, correcting timing and building communication between the PLC and the NC side so both act on the same information.
Capabilities
- PLC Ladder Programming
- NC Programming
- PMC / Ladder Programming
- PLC–NC Communication
- Machine Logic Modification
- System Interlock

Machine & Jig Modification
Adapting the equipment you already own is often faster and more practical than replacing it.
A machine that no longer fits the process does not always need to be replaced. In many cases the constraint sits in a fixture, a clamping arrangement, a stroke limit or a handling step that can be re-engineered.
We study the existing construction, design the mechanical change around the real production condition, and carry out the modification so the machine returns to the line able to do what the process now demands.
Capabilities
- Jig Modification
- Machine Modification
- Production Tooling Adjustment
- Process Improvement
- Mechanical Integration

Sensor & Poka-Yoke Integration
Verification built into the machine, so an abnormal condition is caught while it is still recoverable.
Errors that reach the next process are expensive. Detecting them at the machine — a broken tool, a part that is not seated, a gap that should not be there — keeps the problem contained where it happened.
We add the sensing, wire it into the control system and write the logic that decides what the machine does about it: stop, alarm, block the next cycle or prevent the operation entirely.
Capabilities
- Tool Broken Sensor
- Gap Sensor
- Air Catch Sensor
- Additional Process Sensor
- Additional Interlock
- Poka-Yoke Integration

Electrical & Control Panel
Clean, documented electrical work is what makes everything above it maintainable.
Every added sensor, drive or interlock eventually arrives in a panel. How that panel is laid out, wired and labelled decides how quickly the next person can diagnose a fault at three in the morning.
We build and modify control panels for new functions and for retrofits, integrating automation components into the existing electrical system and keeping the wiring traceable end to end.
Capabilities
- Panel Wiring
- Electrical Integration
- Control Panel Modification
- Automation Component Integration

PLC & Servo Modernization
Mechanically sound machines should not be retired because a controller went out of production.
Control hardware reaches end of life long before the machine it drives. When spare parts stop being available, a single failure can hold up a line for weeks.
We replace obsolete PLC and servo control components with current equivalents, carry the existing logic across, and re-integrate the result with the surrounding system so the machine keeps its place in production.
Capabilities
- PLC Renewal
- PLC Upgrade
- Servo Control Renewal
- Discontinued Component Replacement
- Existing System Integration

Energy & Efficiency Systems
Compressed air is a shared utility. Controlling it as one system rather than several machines.
Compressors that run independently tend to work against each other — loading when they are not needed, cycling more than the demand justifies and leaving no clear picture of how the plant actually consumes air.
An integrated control approach coordinates operation across units, monitors system condition and gives the maintenance team the visibility to manage energy usage deliberately instead of reactively.
Capabilities
- Integrated Compressor Control
- Operation Sequencing
- System Condition Monitoring
- Energy Usage Visibility

Maintenance & Engineering Support
Engineering help when a machine is not behaving the way it should.
Some problems are not projects. They are a fault that nobody can reproduce, an intermittent alarm, or a machine that has drifted out of specification and needs someone who can read both the mechanics and the control code.
We provide troubleshooting, inspection and production engineering assistance — working alongside in-house maintenance teams rather than around them.
Capabilities
- Technical Troubleshooting
- Machine Inspection
- System Support
- Production Engineering Assistance
