Who We Are

An engineering partner on the production floor.

Manufacturers are under continuous pressure to raise productivity, simplify processes, shorten production flow, hold quality and control operating cost — usually all at once, and usually on equipment that is already installed.

Sapotoya works at that point. Our focus is industrial automation and manufacturing engineering: reading how a machine actually behaves, designing the mechanical, electrical or control change the process needs, and carrying it out on equipment that has to go back into production.

That means our work is rarely theoretical. It is a jig that has stopped suiting the part, a controller that is no longer manufactured, a fault nobody can reproduce, or a process step that needs a way to check itself.

Our Approach

Four steps, applied to every engagement.

The sequence does not change with the size of the job. What changes is how long each step takes.

  1. 01

    Understand

Study the machine, process and production requirements.

We start at the equipment itself — how it runs, where the constraint actually sits and what the process needs it to do.

  2. 02

    Engineer

Develop an appropriate mechanical, electrical or automation solution.

The solution is designed around the real condition of the machine, using the discipline the problem calls for rather than a standard answer.

  3. 03

    Integrate

Implement modifications and integrate the solution with the existing system.

Work is carried out on the installed equipment and brought into the surrounding mechanical, electrical and control systems.

  4. 04

    Support

Test, optimize and provide engineering support when required.

We verify behaviour under production conditions, adjust where needed and stay available once the machine is back in the line.

What Drives Our Engineering

Five things we are not willing to trade away.

Reliability
A modification is only finished when the machine runs the same way on the hundredth cycle as on the first.
Safety
Interlocks, guarding logic and safe operating sequences are part of the engineering, not an addition to it.
Efficiency
Shorter, simpler process flow — achieved by removing constraints rather than adding equipment.
Quality
Verification designed into the machine so that process consistency does not depend on attention alone.
Practical Innovation
New technology applied where it earns its place on the production floor, not for its own sake.

Bring us a machine that needs to do something new.

Tell us what the process requires and what the equipment currently does. That gap is where our work starts.
